We  use third party applications such as Google analytics to analyze these datas. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the website and services. These datas are kept by google only and are not used for advertising purposes.

We may process your personal data that are provided in the course of the use of our services (“service data“). The service data may include name, email address, phone number. The service data may be processed and stored in our system with the purpose of keeping  track of communication in relations to services offered by myself and purchased by you, the client.

We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (“notification data“). The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters.

The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication.Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using the website contact forms. The correspondence data may be processed for the purposes of communicating with you and record-keeping.

  1. Providing your personal data to others

When you submit an inquiry on our website through our contact form, this data is handled also by a third party booking and ordering system called Tave’. (www.tave.com) . Tave allows us to turn your inquiries into leads and eventually  into booked orders. To know more about Tave privacy policy please refer to this document .

Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers (in our case stripe.com). We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Your data resulting from the navigation on our website might be shared with third social media parties such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.

You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

We will retain your personal data as follows:

Information you share with us via our contact form will be retained with the purpose to create a database of clients and or for email marketing purposes ad won’t be shared with third parties unless circumstance specified in section 3. You are free to let us know at any time wether you want us to erase your data from our system.

Mailing list

We use a third party application called Mailchimp to send our quarterly newsletter. We use mail chimp via a wordpress plug in called Mailchimp for wordpress. Mailchimp stores the information you give to subscribe to our newsletter (name, email address on their own servers and their are not shared.

Please also note that the data transmission on our website is encrypted using the https protocol which gives an extra security step to the data that pass through the website.

If you want to opt out from our mailing list you can do it any time by emailing us at mariella@mariellaamitai.com or through your latest received newsletter.

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.
