When you submit an inquiry on our website through our contact form, this data is handled also by a third party booking and ordering system called Tave’. ( . Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers (in our case We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Your data resulting from the navigation on our website might be shared with third social media parties such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.

Information you share with us via our contact form will be retained with the purpose to create a database of clients and or for email marketing purposes ad won’t be shared with third parties unless circumstance specified in section 3. You are free to let us know at any time wether you want us to erase your data from our system.

Mailing list

We use a third party application called Mailchimp to send our quarterly newsletter. We use mail chimp via a wordpress plug in called Mailchimp for wordpress. Mailchimp stores the information you give to subscribe to our newsletter (name, email address on their own servers and their are not shared.

Please also note that the data transmission on our website is encrypted using the https protocol which gives an extra security step to the data that pass through the website.
